Requirements

As Event Manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events and restaurant buyouts, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role also oversees the day-to-day management, maintenance, and presentation of event spaces to ensure they consistently meet brand and operational standards.

Job Description
Daily Operational Tasks

• Review the daily event order (BEO) and function sheets for upcoming events
•  Conduct daily walkthroughs of event and banquet spaces to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness
• Confirm event setups including layouts, AV requirements, décor, and special requests
• Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus, dietary requirements, and timing of service
• Coordinate with the service team on staffing levels and event flow
• Conduct pre-service briefings with banquet and service teams
• Act as the main on-site contact for event clients during functions

Event Coordination & Administration

• Respond to client emails and follow up on event details and confirmations in conjunction with sales team
• Update event documentation including floor plans, run sheets, and BEO updates with sales team
