Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support event planning and execution, engage customers, and enhance brand awareness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and roadshows to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes
- Engage with customers during events to promote products and services, increasing brand visibility and customer interest
- Represent the brand professionally by delivering positive customer experiences and maintaining brand standards
- Support marketing campaigns through on-ground activation to drive customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to foster collaboration and repeat engagement
- Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and overall performance targets
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer engagement and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with diverse customers and stakeholders
