This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

• Building and maintaining relationships with guests

• Perform all types of carpentry work related to commercial office construction, including partition works, ceiling framing, door and window installation, and built-in furniture.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine layout, materials, and dimensions.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials according to design requirements.
• Install office fittings, cabinetry, skirting, wall panels, feature walls, and other interior finishing works.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisors and Managers in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant

• Ensure customers have a memorable dining experience

• Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

• Monitor setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining areas

• Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables  

• Promote sales and be familiar with promotions and menu 

• Attend to customer complaints (if any)

• To handle cashiering duties

• Assist to upsell promotions 

• Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant

• Maintains utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff 

• Supervise and train the service staff to restaurant standards of excellence

• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

• Required to act as Manager on Duty in absence of the Managers & Supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Possess 2-3 years of F&B service experience

• No cert required.

• Strong public relations skills

• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as a team.

• 5 day work week (44 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive SGH Ambulance or Van as per task assigned. Always drives safely. Ensures the comfort and safety of all patient and staff.
• Assists staff in transferring patient by stretcher, ensure proper transfer and lifting techniques are practiced during patient transfer.
• Transport items - Document / Equipment / Preservatives / Blood / Specimen within SGH or outside the of campus.
• Standby at A&E for any Code Blue activation or patient transfer to other hospital.

• Ensures that fuel in the ambulance is sufficient for daily operations and the cleanliness of the interior / exterior of the ambulance is maintained.

Job Description

• Deliver high-quality portering services within the hospital.
• Safely and professionally transport patients, medical records, specimens, equipment, medications, and blood products to and from wards, clinics, departments, and external centres.
• Lead and supervise a team of porters, ensuring proper grooming, motivation, discipline, and ongoing training.
• Regularly engage with users to gather feedback and communicate concerns to supervisors for follow-up.
• Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries, providing accurate information or assistance as needed.
• Manage incoming requests via hotline and e-porter system, assigning tasks accordingly.
• Ensure all equipment and mobile devices are well-maintained and promptly report any malfunctions.
• Prepare and maintain staff rosters, attendance records, and required reports.
• Collect and verify medical certificates, leave applications, and other related documents before submission.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace and shared work areas.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental practices; report incidents immediately, conduct investigations, and draft incident reports as required.
• Respond to hospital or civil emergency activations (e.g. call tree, decontamination stations, Kingfisher activation) during and outside of working hours as needed.
