We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations at assigned sites. The successful candidate will supervise a team of cleaners, ensure high cleaning standards are maintained, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver consistent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaners’ work schedules and daily operations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and safety standards are met
• Train new cleaning staff on job scope, equipment usage, and hygiene practices
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary
• Address feedback from clients and take corrective actions promptly
