Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Order Cycle Management: Coordinating the end-to-end process from accepting orders and picking/packing to final delivery to customers.
• Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and handling incoming/outgoing goods.
• Logistics & Transportation Coordination: Scheduling daily deliveries, managing transport vendors, and ensuring prompt, cost-effective distribution.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervising warehouse activities to ensure efficient storage, handling, and organization of goods.
• Documentation & Compliance: Processing shipping documents, invoices, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and safety standards.
• Customer Support & Vendor Management: Resolving customer queries/complaints and managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers.
• Performance Optimization: Monitoring key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify and implement process improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accurately to support smooth warehouse operations and timely goods movement
