• Support for the General Manager of Administration & Finance
•Handling tasks according to JR East Groupe regulations and instruction from HQ.
• Setting up and managing shareholder meetings, board meetings, and other internal meetings
• Planning, development, and execution of strategies related to general affairs, human resources, etc.
• Preparation of annual budget proposals and management of annual budgets
• Support for accounting staff
• Handling matters related to government authorities (licenses, applications, various submission documents, and billing)
• Communication with outsourcing partners and business partners (corporate-related work)
• Communication with audit firms, preparation and submission of documents required for internal and external audits and annual reports
• Recruitment of permanent employees and establishment of a suitable working environment after hiring
• Labor management of Japanese expatriates
• Filing, mailing, and record keeping of administrative documents
