The Project Support Officer is responsible for a diverse range of activity to support the delivery the projects within our client's Project Portfolio. The Project Support Officer enables the smooth running of projects by supporting the Project Managers through the operation of project management processes, and the co-ordination of administration and management actions and activities on their behalf.   

Project Management Processes

• Assist with and maintain appropriate processes and practices to enable effective planning and scheduling;
• Acts as the focal point for the oversight of project processes including vendor and contract management, contract approval and financial management including transfer pricing arrangements and oversight of expenditure types.
• Responsible for project file management using robust version control. Organises key project meetings, and provides secretariat support;
• Assists in maintaining project controls and in producing project reports;
• Assist with maintaining the stakeholder log and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders. Act as a focal point for project responses to requests for information;
• Monitor project spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets. 
• Assist with the maintenance of risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
• Assist with preparing and getting approval of project documents such as status report, AFA, etc.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Advise Project Managers on tools and techniques for managing various categories of stakeholder relationships within our client. Provide assurance to the project manager on the effectiveness of stakeholder management arrangements;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including, but not necessarily limited to: regional functional leads, project implementation teams in countries and Tokyo HO to support reporting, and ensure the smooth implementation of project management processes, standards and tools across the APAC region.  
• Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders, including: teams controlling dependencies, administration teams and 2nd line assurance teams.
• Project Performance Monitoring, and Risk and Issue Management

• Establish the project processes and standards for managing risks and issues. Provide assurance to the Project
• Manager on the effectiveness of risk and issue management arrangements and associated timely status reporting;
• Implement and support the ongoing framework to monitor and measure project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and track projects progress and outcomes. 
• Collect and analyse project data, such as key performance indicators and metrics.  
• Provide project status updates and report to senior management and key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies within the across in scope project standards and processes.
• Support lessons learned sessions and incorporate best practices into future project management efforts.
• Stay updated with domain trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years experience in PMO
• Proven experience in project management or project management office in a leadership role, preferably in a IT financial service industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, and communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with competing interests, while balancing budget, timelines and risks.
• Experience working with geographically distributed team and a complex vendor landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, and etc.

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our banking IT team. This role is responsible for end-to-end support of Windows and Linux infrastructure, including system patching, performance optimization, incident handling, and operational improvement, while also providing oversight-level desktop support as part of daily IT operations.
The role requires strong hands-on technical capability, sound troubleshooting judgement, and the ability to operate independently in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Operations & Support (Primary Responsibility)

• Provide senior-level operational support for Windows and Linux servers in production environments.
• Plan, execute, and validate OS patching, system upgrades, and security remediation activities.
• Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis for system-related issues.
• Proactively identify system weaknesses and drive performance, stability, and operational improvements.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Night Shift Site Supervision

• Oversee all night-shift construction activities related to underground utilities (SPPG, Telecom, Water, Sewer).

• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor night excavation, pipe laying, duct installation, and road reinstatement.

2. Quality Control & Technical Compliance

• Check and verify pipe alignment, levels, gradient, and bedding during night operations.

• Conduct inspections for jointing, duct installation, backfilling, and compaction.

• Ensure all works comply with quality standards and authorities’ Codes of Practice.

3. Safety & Risk Management (Night Operations)

• Ensure strict compliance with WSH regulations, PTW, and safe work procedures during night works.

• Monitor high-risk activities such as deep excavation, confined space, lifting, and heavy machinery movement.

• Ensure adequate lighting, traffic safety, and safe access routes during night shift.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare night shift daily reports, inspection records, manpower & machinery logs.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Verify proper barricading, signage, and traffic management during night operations.
