Key Responsibilities
- Business Due Diligence & Tech Consulting: Conduct deep-dive business due diligence on enterprise clients to understand their workflows, legacy systems, and strategic objectives. Provide expert technology consulting to guide their digital transformation journey.
- Solution Architecting & Proposal Development: Translate high-level business pain points into actionable technical requirements. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design viable IT solutions (platforms, integrations, or custom software). Lead the creation of pitch materials, financing/budgeting proposals, and ROI analysis.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Serve as the central hub connecting clients, developers, and internal stakeholders. Oversee the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery, manage scope creep, and ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the client’s monetization and operational strategies.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key corporate clients (including established corporations and scaling tech startups). Provide post-deployment advisory and identify cross-selling opportunities for system upgrades and further integrations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of cross-disciplinary experience in tech consulting, or enterprise project management.
- Core Skills: Exceptional capability in commercial due diligence, business model design, and strategic planning. Ability to quickly grasp complex business models in sectors like FinTech, AI, and EdTech.
- Tech-Business Translator: While hard-coding skills are not required, the candidate must possess a strong intuition for digital products and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa).
- Communication: Outstanding presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills. Fluent in both Mandarin (Native) and English.
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Innovation, Finance, or related fields preferred.
