• Working on proactive supplier initiatives that will: 
  • Reduce supplier support tickets and supplier frustrations through understanding our suppliers data ; 
  • Better leverage and share compliance documentation/supplier information; 
  • Increase response rates for our clients through analyzing our suppliers data  
• Source compliance documentation for various regulations from internal and external sources;
• Source suppliers’ contact information and other details as necessary that will improve the overall engagement with our supply chain;
• Review and validate compliance data submitted by suppliers according to a list of Declaration acceptance criteria. Accepting or rejecting the documentation provided;
• Upload compliance documentation and supplier information to Assent database 
• Research, validate and update suppliers information and compliance data provided across different internal systems;
• Handle ticket responses from Lighthouse suppliers, with assistance from Supplier Intelligence Leads and Manager, Supplier Intelligence;
• Work closely with Program Success to find and execute the best strategy to meet Client’s expectations and follow the standard processes for the Supplier Intelligence team;
• Keep up to date with new regulations and changes in Assent’s products to become an expert in your field 
• Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent Compliance.

Primary Purpose

This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.

Responsibilities

• Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Engineers in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

• Performed Desktop Support services to users

• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.

• Perform imaging/re-imaging

• Perform asset inventories

• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)

• Updates Incident records

• Creates and updates work instructions (where necessary)

• Document standards and procedures (where necessary)

About the role

The KYC Analyst will support the KYC team by conducting due diligence and ensuring accurate collection and review of customer documentation. The role focuses on learning processes, executing standard tasks and escalating issues when necessary.

• Gather onboarding client information/documents from external and internal sources related to their account application with GoTyme Bank. 
• Review all gathered documentation and information to ensure compliance with GoTyme Bank’s standards and local regulations. 
• Proactively communicate additional requirements at the origination stage to avoid delays in the KYC process. 
• Research and analyze articles applicable to the case being worked on using approved sources to support findings. 
• Maintain accurate client records in GoTyme Bank’s depository. 
• Assist Customer Support and other internal teams for queries/escalations related to KYC Onboarding. 
• Compile reports that meet reporting requirements, quality and deadlines with consistency. 
• Professionally communicate with range of stakeholders (internal and external). Establish and maintain productive working relationships. 
• Adhere to risk, compliance, fraud and security procedures. Complete all GoTyme Bank’s compliance trainings on time and meet the pass mark set by GoTyme Bank’s Compliance Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Control Tower Operations & Visibility Support

• Monitor day to day transportation/shipments, identifying delays, exceptions, and risk triggers.
• Escalate disruption issues and support corrective actions to maintain service levels.

Digital Tools & Process Improvement

• Maintain regional dashboards and key performance indicators (OTD, OTIF, exceptions, detention/demurrage trends).
• Work with procurement, customer operations, carriers, 3PLs, and trade compliance to resolve operational issues.
• Support root cause analysis and contribute to preventive action improvements.
• Utilize visibility platforms (e.g., FourKites, Project44) and transportation systems (TMS/OTM) for shipment monitoring.
• Support data quality validation and identify workflow gaps that impact visibility.
• Participate in digitalization initiatives, including basic workflow automation and system testing.
• Partner with the Logistics COE on improvements that enhance operational accuracy and data consistency.

Operational Excellence

• Assist in maintaining regional KPI reporting, trend analysis, and weekly performance reviews.
• Support small‑to‑medium improvements that reduce exceptions, improve carrier performance, or enhance customer delivery.
• Contribute to peak‑season readiness and scenario planning activities.

What you'll do

Data Analysis & Research:

• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research to identify in-demand, emerging, and future jobs and skills

• Develop compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau to support analytics and insights development

Insights Development & Communication:

• Synthesize research outputs and analytical results to develop fit-for-purpose Jobs-Skills Insights that meet end-user needs

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Manager: Up to 6 years of relevant work experience. Those with no relevant experience but have been involved in relevant projects or short stints in similar areas / functions can apply

KOL & Influencer Management:

• Identification: Research, identify, and categorize potential KOLs and nano/micro-influencers whose audiences and persona align with our Paylater target demographic and values.
• Outreach & Relationship Nurturing: Execute initial outreach, manage communication, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs to secure organic and paid content collaborations.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate the timely delivery of collaboration content, ensuring all disclosures and brand guidelines are met.

Community Management:

• Identify high-value user stories or testimonials within the community and coordinate with the creative team to develop them into formal case studies or marketing assets.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on key community and KOL performance indicators, including Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, social sentiment and total reach.
• Provide insights to the Marketing teams regarding which content formats and topics resonate best with the community.
• Coordinating with the performance team to ensure all of the selected KOL content is being pushed to the paid channels.
