5. Ensure Operation documents (Trading manual, Account list, Register of Members etc) are updated and kept up to date

• Responsible for the execution of trades and the entire settlement process for different asset classes, e.g., Equities, Fixed income, Asset-backed Securities, Derivatives, etc.
• Review NAV reports and Shareholder register reports issued by the fund administrators
• Support the funds’ audit and MAS annual declaration.
• Liaise with lawyer to get documents Certified True Copy
• Responsible for KYC review requests/procedures from counterparties
• Maintain good relationships and work closely with partners such as brokers, custodian, fund administrator and company secretary.
• Support other teams (Finance, Compliance etc) in company-related operations whenever necessary.

Requirement:

• 0–2 years of experience in a Middle Office or Trade Operations Team.
• Degree holder (Finance/Accounting/Business).

Attributes and skills:

• Knowledge of Fund NAV review is a plus
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work independently and takes accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good working knowledge of financial products (equities, fixed income, etc.)

1.       Counter Operations and Services

a)      Ensure the opening/closing of facilities and manning of the counter service during operation hours from

Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 9pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 7pm

b)      To handle general enquiries from the students, staff and the public and to ensure all phone or walk-in enquiries are attended to within our service guidelines

c)      Check on cleanliness at T-Junction and Blk A Facilities and inform NYP cleaning Contractor for follow-up.

d)      Checking and closing all doors at the end of the day

e)       To turn off the lights and air-cons at the end of day

f)       Check Ensure furniture and property are not being moved around within the facility

1.      Facilities Booking Management and Usage

a)      Manage the use of the facilities either via NYP online Booking System or via the manual bookings for Pool Tables and other facilities at T-Junction

b)      Ensure opening/closing of facilities before and after use at T-Junction and Blk A Facilities

c)      Ensure facilities are set up or ready for use by respective users before each booking session at T-Junction

d)      Ensure facilities are set up or ready for use by respective users at Blk A facilities before daily operating hours by 9am

e)      Monitor usage of facilities at T-Junction and Blk A and inform NYP of any issues or damages immediately

4.       Inventory Management

a)      Ensure proper management and monitoring of inventory monthly

b)      Ensure items are stored in the correct locations. This includes verification of quantity in the document against physical inventory
