Role Overview

The Project Co-Ordinator cum BIM is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) deliverables for engineering projects. The role involves producing detailed 3D models, construction drawings, clash detection reports, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

The successful candidate shall possess strong technical knowledge of BIM processes, engineering systems, and construction methodologies while supporting project delivery from design through commissioning

Responsibilities

BIM Modelling & Drafting:
-  Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software.

-  Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and shop drawings, construction drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM deliverables.

-  Create and update 3D models based on engineering design requirements.

-  Ensure all BIM models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.

-  Maintain model accuracy throughout project development and construction stages.

Coordination& Collaboration:

-  Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors.

Documentation& Deliverables:

Site Coordination:
-  Support site teams during installation and construction activities.

-  Conduct site verification and model updates based on field conditions.

Requirements

-  Bachelor in Engineering, BIM, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

-  Minimum4-6 years of experience in 3D Modelling for building services or a related field.

-  Proven experience using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, Unigraphics NX)or other relevant Modelling tools.

-  Demonstrated knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)Services, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS),Power Monitoring Systems (PMS), ELV Systems, HVAC Systems, and the coordinationand integration of these systems within BIM and construction environments will be highly advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: NITEC or Diploma holder in Electronics or Electrical engineering is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum4 years of relevant consulting, design and project-delivery experience. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply for engineer positions.
• Eligible and motivated to progress towards Singapore Professional Engineer registration; existing PE registration is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore standard and codes, regulatory requirements and statutory submission processes.

What You Will Do

• Assist the QP in supervising construction works and ensuring compliance with approved requirements.
• Lead and coordinate RTOs and site staff, including inspections, reporting and follow-up actions.
• Review drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents within the assigned scope.

You will be the key technical resource for implementing customer-driven modifications and troubleshooting our specialized systems. The core platform involves Python-based applications running on Raspberry Pi devices. You will work under the guidance of our Lead Engineer but must be proactive in understanding our existing codebase and capable of delivering tailored solutions directly impacting customer satisfaction.

1. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to analyze, estimate, and implement customer feature requests and modifications.

2. Customize, debug, and enhance existing Python-based systems on Raspberry Pi according to specific customer requirements (e.g., adjusting video playback speed, modifying UI elements like font size, customizing data output formats).

3. Independently navigate, comprehend, and modify the existing source code to implement changes efficiently and without regressions.
