Interpretation of specifications, terms and conditions, compliances, drawings and any other relevant documents

Involve in project write up such as understanding scope of work, manpower histogram, programs, Gantt Chart on scope of works using Microsoft Project software and Organization chart

Monitor of project cashflow and P&L.

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors with project managers to sort out operations issues.

Provide advice or solutions to site issues, manpower deployment etc.

Assist the site team on obtaining Variation Orders (VOs), Value Engineering, Recruitment

Settlement of claims from client, subcontractors, suppliers and any other parties related to the projects

Provide solution to projects management, site issues, technical issues, manpower deployment

Mentorship to juniors and motivate project teams where necessary
