Key Responsibilities -

1.       Broadcaster Servicing and Daily Account Support

·        Support the Premier League’s APAC based teams, as a primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned broadcast partners across the region, ensuring timely, responsive, and solution‑oriented support

·        Help partners utilise, activate, and promote Premier League rights effectively, including brand frameworks, commercial exploitation, content workflows, production guidance, reporting deadlines, and operational processes
·        Build strong relationships with broadcaster teams, understanding their objectives, content preferences, and local market considerations

·        Ensure broadcasters maximise the content and range of production services available to them via Premier League Studios, and identify ways in which we can improve our service and broadcaster experience

1.       Rights Delivery and Coordination

•        Support the execution of contractual rights by working closely with Premier League teams, including the PL Studios, Digital, International Events, Commercial, Communications and Policy teams

•        Coordinate logistics, production needs, and distribution queries to ensure a smooth and reliable servicing experience.

•        Support broadcaster localisation efforts including across production, digital engagement, on-ground activations and promotional innovation

•        Assist the APAC and Project Delivery teams in preparing for and delivering events, screenings, talent access, market‑specific shoots, and other servicing activations on the ground in market

2.       Insights Reporting

•        Capture and maintain broadcaster insight, meeting notes, touchpoints, and content usage data to support the team and PL Studios in cross‑functional decision‑making

•        Contribute to central planning processes, including key dates calendars, case studies, post‑project summaries, and servicing reporting cycles

•        Monitor regional trends, platform behaviors, and rights utilisation to help refine servicing priorities for the region and globally

3.       Support for Global Servicing Teams

•        Provide operational and administrative support to the team, including preparing partner briefings, presentation materials, activation plans, project timelines, and servicing documents.

•        Deputise for Senior Managers in routine meetings or operational calls where appropriate, ensuring continuity of communication

•        Collaborate across London HQ, PL Studios, New York and other Premier League offices to ensure coordinated delivery and a unified servicing model. Help coordinate delivery across multiple time zones, ensuring information flows smoothly between markets

•        Work with Senior Managers to support servicing model enhancements, documentation, team processes and cross‑regional consistency

Requirements for the role:

•        Strong background in media rights servicing and activation

•        Experience of providing a key interface between a rightsholder and its client(s) and have a passion for customer servicing

•        Strong understanding of sports broadcasting, media rights, and live production environments and, ideally, experience of working with international broadcasters

•        Strategic thinking mindset to support clients’ objectives and drive business growth and innovation internally and externally

•        Strong organisational skills with the ability to managemultiple tasks and stakeholders across different regions and time zones

•        Provenproject management skills and experience

The import Customer Service Assistant Manager supports the leadership of the Airfreight Customer Service team, ensuring smooth end-to-end import operations. The ideal candidate requires strong knowledge of import workflows and the ability to supervise staff handling all stages of the import process, from shipment receipt to delivery and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Assist in leading, coaching, and supporting the Airfreight Import Customer Service team, ensuring staff manage end-to-end import processes efficiently.

• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily import activities, including shipment documentation, coordination with carriers, customs compliance, billing, and job closure. Ensure adherence to established processes and service standards.

• Process Support & Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, assist in implementing process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs, provide feedback, and escalate issues to the Manager as needed.

• Customer Service Support: Handle complex import-related customer inquiries and serve as a point of escalation for service issues when required.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Airfreight Operations, Customs, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.

• Policy & Procedure Compliance: Support the development and implementation of import customer service policies and ensure staff compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in airfreight import customer service or operations.
• Strong understanding of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to support operational improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage team and customer interactions.
• Ability to motivate staff and ensure consistent service quality.
• Previous hands-on experience using Cargowise system is preferred.
