Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying (QS) team by setting clear targets and driving performance to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee project P&L through effective contract administration and cost management to meet financial goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor structured systems for QS operations, contract management, and cost control to improve efficiency.
• Analyze project costs, including inter-project and inter-company charges, to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating, drafting, and managing a wide range of construction contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of construction law, contract management practices, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Min 8 years of relevant experience in construction contract administration and cost management.
• Holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong commercial insight and problem-solving skills to address and resolve contractual challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

You will manage driver schedules and delivery routes to ensure timely customer deliveries while maintaining vehicle condition and accurate records. You will communicate operational updates and handle loading/unloading tasks to support smooth transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver schedules to ensure deliveries meet specified times and follow planned routes
• Verify inventory loads against shipping documents to ensure accuracy before transport
• Load and unload trucks or vans safely and efficiently
• Comply with traffic laws and transportation procedures to maintain safety and legality
• Provide timely updates to the operations team on daily stock shortages and pickup feedback
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes to ensure proper working condition
• Report mechanical problems promptly to minimize vehicle downtime
• Maintain accurate records including vehicle logs, cargo details, and billing statements in compliance with regulations
• Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions to navigate routes effectively
