Control

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the Singapore business operations, drive strategic growth initiatives, and support regulatory and commercial development activities.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and operational initiatives for the Singapore market
• Oversee daily business operations including business development, partnerships, compliance coordination, administration, and financial management
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, payment partners, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Support the company’s payment licence application and regulatory compliance activities in Singapore

Requirements
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, financial services, eCommerce, or related industries
• At least 5 years of leadership or senior management experience
• Experience in cross-border payments, digital payment solutions, banking partnerships, financial institution engagement, or related business functions will be advantageous
• Familiarity with Singapore’s financial services and payment regulatory environment will be advantageous
• Experience supporting payment licence application processes or regulatory compliance matters is preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, business development, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous for regional communication and stakeholder engagement
