Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure that products, services, and daily operations comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections, resolving quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, inspection standards, and compliance processes.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company quality standards, client requirements, and approved work procedures.

• Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and inspections to identify defects, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and review quality reports, inspection records, corrective action reports, audit documents, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with operations, production, warehouse, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.

• Investigate customer complaints, service issues, product defects, or operational quality concerns and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Train and guide staff on quality standards, inspection methods, safety procedures, hygiene requirements, and proper work practices.

• Ensure all materials, products, services, and completed works meet approved specifications before delivery or completion.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, inspections, internal reviews, and regulatory compliance purposes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce defects, minimise service issues, and maintain consistent quality.

• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to communicate quality requirements, performance standards, and improvement actions.

• Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and operational standards consistently across relevant work areas.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, operations, production, logistics, warehouse, or service management.

• Knowledge of ISO standards, workplace safety procedures, audit practices, quality documentation, or compliance requirements will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and manage quality issues professionally.

• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Job Summary

Ensure compliance with quality system regulations and ISO standards while managing quality assurance processes to maintain operational efficiency and prevent nonconformities in production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with quality system regulations, ISO standards, and applicable federal requirements to maintain certification and operational integrity
• Implement and maintain ISO standards across all organizational levels to uphold quality management system effectiveness
• Manage changes in production areas by assessing and controlling potential adverse impacts to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Conduct regular Quality Management System (QMS) briefings to raise employee awareness and promote adherence to quality standards
• Support environmental compliance activities, including managing Environmental Declarations and RoHS document control to meet regulatory requirements
• Monitor program performance post-implementation to identify and prevent recurrence of operational issues, ensuring continuous process efficiency
• Manage nonconformities by reviewing in-process quality failures, determining disposition of nonconforming materials, and coordinating with customers and suppliers to resolve issues
• Resolve quality assurance issues by conducting Corrective and Preventive Actions Reports (CPAR) and performing root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Determine critical inspection points for new projects based on customer drawings and product specifications to ensure product quality and compliance

Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends, and rotation shifts as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise test objectives, analyses requirements, develop test strategies and plans
• Create and execute automated tests, track defects and report results
• Responsible for end-to-end testing delivery for the applications in collaboration with other stakeholders and test leads/Test Managers of other interfacing systems.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
• Actively acquire information from stakeholders rather than relying entirely on written specs
• Actively participate in inception, daily stand-ups and retrospective meeting & represent testing
• Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality
• Work effectively to define testable user stories, acceptance criteria, with all stakeholders
• Collaborate within the team, working in pairs with programmers and other team members
• Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases
• Create acceptance tests that will be automated as part of each sprint
• Automate the testing in-sprint and during SIT using the right tool set – Licensed/Open source
• Ensure continuous integration for testing code and implement continuous testing
• Risk and Issue Management - Identify, mitigate and escalate testing risks and issues
• Manage testing environments and logistics foreach test stage (SIT/UAT).
• Monitor the readiness of test environments (including interfaces and data setup) for each test stage.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• Around 8 Years and above of relevant experience
• UI test automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, HPQTP/UFT, Appium or similar API testing (using SoapUI, JUnit, Postman or similar)
• Experience using a broad range of test automation frameworks (e.g. Protractor, Cucumber, JUnit or similar.
• Expert knowledge of continuous Integration (CI)and Continuous Testing (CT) to streamline QA processes (Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
• Good experience with SDLC practices of Agile, Behavioral and Test-Driven Development (Lean, Scrum, XP or similar)
