About the Role:

• Responsible for coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the project management system.

The purpose of this role is to plan and oversee shift wise production, utilize available machineries and manpower for better productivity and fulfillment and adhere to standards

Primary Responsibility

"Organize production setup as per production schedule, assign task to associates, follow standard procedures, methods, BPS & work instructions, adapt & steer primary production activities to fulfil SQCD targets of the shift.

Track production performance and efficiency KPI (OEE, FPY, scrap, tool life, levelling, fulfilment, etc.), identify and record deviations"

Area: Daily shop Management

Key activities

Conduct & document checks, Quality audit, eLPC to ensure conformance to safety, quality & shop-floor standards. Record shift events (attendance, breakdowns, quality issues, criticality, performance, etc). Summarize shift events & performance and handover to next shift FLM to ensure seamless production continuity

• To provide Project execution including cost management, co ordination with contractors and project related duties.
• To plan the works schedule and work out the material and equipment requirement for purchasing department to place order on time.

• Regular check on the daily activities of the workers under supervision and ensure satisfactory quality standard to meet the requirement.
• Responsible for all site testing and inspection activities are carried out.

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant QA/QC Manager to join their dynamic team.

• Position: Assistant QA/QC Manager
• Location: Woodlands (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the QA/QC team across Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Landscape disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and enforce maintenance and quality procedures on-site to ensure all works consistently meet required standards.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on latent and warranty defects and participate in all related meetings.
• Prepare, update, and maintain ISO documentation, and compile monthly QA/QC performance reports for the project.
• Monitor and report the progress of architectural and landscape works, ensuring full compliance with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA/QC processes and maintain strict adherence to the company’s quality policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects; semiconductor or industrial facility experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Landscape trades and their quality requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and guide a multi-disciplinary QA/QC team.
