• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in change management and organisation development in public or large organisations.
• Effective presentation and written and oral communication skills
• Effective stakeholder and project management skills.
• Able to understand processes, identify impacted areas and stakeholders and address them accordingly. Preferably with an understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and its characteristics, and preferably have professional training or certification in change management methodologies, such as PROSCI.

As an Outlet Manager in a rapidly expanding F&B enterprise, you will oversee premises operations, ensuring hygiene, service excellence, and efficient cashiering to deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Lead and coach staff to deliver consistent service excellence that meets customer expectations
• Perform cashiering duties accurately, including handling transactions and balancing cash registers
• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements: Have a passion for F&B and willing to learn. Food Hygiene certification is a bonus.
