Job Description

1. Responsible for Tech infrastructure, including hardware, software and networks for manufacturing sites.

2. Support and deliver Tech solution and project e.g. network/wireless upgrade, server deployment etc.

Job Description

• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily blending operations in line with customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Oversee inventory control and stock movements, partnering with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Liaise with Quality Control for in-process checks and final product approvals.
• Schedule and deploy manpower effectively, managing attendance, overtime, and shift planning.
• Supervise drivers and operators, conduct performance evaluations, and identify development and training needs.
• Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the safe handling, storage, labeling, and segregation of chemical products.
• Track and analyze production KPIs (e.g., cycle time, throughput, efficiency) and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including GMP practices.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery of finished goods.
• Foster a strong safety culture through regular briefings and training sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, QC, maintenance, and administrative teams to support smooth operations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Diploma in Chemical Process Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the chemical or industrial environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the entire shipping and order fulfillment process
• Liaising with freight transportation / shipping companies, suppliers and customers regarding shipments
• Handle all shipping documentation, including L/C documentation and negotiation
• Close follow up and monitoring of delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment to customers (including internal coordination with Sales and Service department)
• Familiar with GST export requirements
• Meticulous, organised, proactive and a team player who can also work independently

Requirements

• Relevant and current working experience in LC and LC negotiation is a must
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of International Trading or related majors.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Fluent in Speaking/Writing with English/Mandarin;
