We are looking for an Associate AI Developer to build practical AI applications for our internal users. The role focuses on LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, automation, and MCP-enabled tool integration. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to move solutions from prototype to production in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, and workflow orchestration services.
• Develop agentic workflows that use tools, internal data, and APIs to complete multi-step tasks safely and reliably.
• Contribute to MCP servers and tool interfaces that expose internal functions and data to AI systems in a controlled way.
• Work with core agent-system components such as tool calling, prompt routing, memory patterns, structured outputs, and execution tracing.
• Translate business problems into working AI features, prototype quickly, and iterate toward production-ready solutions.
• Design prompts, evaluations, guardrails, and fallback behaviour while monitoring quality, latency, and cost.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; strong internship, research, or project work is welcome.
• Strong Python skills and experience with APIs, JSON, version control, testing, and debugging.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of agent-system building blocks such as retrieval, tool use, orchestration logic, and evaluation.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work through ambiguous problems with good judgment.
Preferred
• Exposure to MCP servers, tool-calling systems, vector databases, search, or observability and evaluation tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, internal tooling, and responsible AI controls for enterprise use cases.
