·           Ensure all AV equipment is operational and ready for use prior to event commencement

Process Development & Reporting

·           Create and implement processes for event management and operational activities

·           Develop standard operating procedures for event management delivery

·           Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations

Compliance &Risk Management

Requirement

­         5 years’ experience from 4 to 5-star Hotel /Tier 2 Airline / F&B industry

­         Semi-strategic role that will involve high-level planning and guiding the team towards an end-to-end successful operation

­         Conduct training, internal journey mapping, audits to keep team in regular check of execution

­         Help plan &support request required by BUs and ensure requirement are met at high standards

­         Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Summary:

The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of investment portfolios, with the goal of delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns that outperform benchmarks and peer strategies. This role involves the development of investment theses, idea generation, risk management, execution oversight, and performance attribution, all within the framework of the firm’s strategy and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Construction & Management:
  Design and manage investment portfolios aligned with fund objectives and mandates.
  Adjust allocations based on macro trends, valuation metrics, risk tolerance, and alpha opportunities.
• Research & Analysis:
  Conduct deep fundamental, quantitative, or macroeconomic research to identify high-conviction investment ideas.
  Analyze industry trends, financial statements, company fundamentals, and market data.
• Risk Management:
  Monitor and manage portfolio risk, exposure limits, and drawdowns.
  Implement hedging strategies using derivatives or other instruments as needed.
• Execution Oversight:
  Work closely with traders to execute trades efficiently and in line with investment strategy.
  Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of investment decisions.
• Performance Attribution & Reporting:
  Analyze portfolio performance, identify sources of return, and generate regular performance reports.
  Communicate results and strategy to internal stakeholders and investors.

  Mentor junior investment staff and contribute to team development.

Responsible for the overall functionality and upkeep of the property, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and quality service delivery across all building and facility areas.

• Lead a small team overseeing the daily running of facility services and outsourced vendors, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• Review contractors’ work quality and performance to ensure maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks are completed on time and meet expected standards.
• Carry out routine site walkthroughs to identify building issues, propose enhancement works, and ensure adherence to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports related to maintenance activities and capital projects.
• Foster strong working relationships with occupants, contractors, and government agencies to support smooth building operations and high tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
• Degree in Building / Facilities Management or equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience handling commercial properties.
• Strong people management and coordination abilities.
