Job Description

1. Perform timely sales invoicing function, generation of sale invoices

2. Perform timely update account receivables collection in accounting system

3. Handle of account payables including payment run and timely updating accounts payables

4. Assist in month end closing process including preparation of revenue report, AR/AP Ageing Report & bank reconciliation, GST submission to IRAS

5. Perform monthly salary, CPF submission, assist in preparation of annual financial report submission

6. Maintain documentation and filing system

7. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management (renewal of company vehicles inspections, road tax etc.)

Other Requirements:

1. Minimum O-Level/SPM

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

Job Description

• Oversee and ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations, especially under Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) guidelines.
