(Construction Related) Logistics Executive

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.00am – 5.45pm

Responsibility

• Manage the end-to-end coordination of project materials, from purchase order issuance to successful delivery at project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments and smooth customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and support project schedules.
• Oversee inbound logistics activities including inventory tracking, replenishment planning, and handling marine insurance documentation where required.
• Review logistics processes and shipment documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare periodic logistics reports and provide cost analysis to support warehouse operations and overall supply chain performance.

Requirement

• Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in SAP for business and sales operations
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
