Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends, and rotation shifts as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide day-to-day production support for the Client Connect users.
Identify root cause, corrective, improvement action, and track improvement action until closure in compliance with the bank standards.
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders.
Able to take ownership of issues and follow through to closure.
Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and automating recurring tasks to reduce toil.
Work effectively in collaboration with different teams either local or remote.
To develop monitoring tools/alerts to for proactive actions
To communicate effectively and work efficiently with a group of people supporting both functional/technical areas.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC (application delivery)
Assist application teams in setting up SLI, SLOand Error budget for the system/s
Participate in Blameless Incident Retrospectives and follow up on action items.
Work with application teams for Observability, automating monitoring and auto remediation of known issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
Around 8 Years and above of relevant experience

Core Technical competency:

Experience with full stack software development.
Experience with any Programming Language
Experience with any Message Queue
Experience with any NOSQL & RDBMS
Core Java, JavaScript, GO/Golang, Python, Unix Scripting
Nodejs, Meteor Framework
Sybase, MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis or any in-memory cached
Message Queues (e.g. IBM MQ), Kafka
Solaris, Redhat Linux or any Unix or Linux OS flavor
Html, Xml, JSON, Flatbuffer

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 support for network infrastructure across data centers, remote branches, and overseas locations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches (Nexus, 2960, 3750), and firewalls (Checkpoint, Juniper).
Manage and support routing protocols including RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and HSRP.
Perform network health checks, DR drills, and ISDN testing for business continuity.
Coordinate with vendors for SSOE deployments, hardware replacements, and RMA processes.
Monitor and maintain WAN links using tools like SolarWinds, NetBrain, Riverbed, Algosec, and IBM ISM Service Desk.
Support and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, and public cloud connectivity.
Generate and maintain documentation for network changes, incident reports, and monthly performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues and implement infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure compliance with SLA and IT security policies.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Networking: Cisco (CCNP certified), Nexus, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, STP, VLAN, VPN
Firewalls: Checkpoint, Juniper

Key Responsibilities:

Devise test objectives, analyses requirements, develop test strategies and plans
Create and execute automated tests, track defects and report results
Responsible for end-to-end testing delivery for the applications in collaboration with other stakeholders and test leads/Test Managers of other interfacing systems.
Responsible for the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
Actively acquire information from stakeholders rather than relying entirely on written specs
Actively participate in inception, daily stand-ups and retrospective meeting & represent testing
Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality
Work effectively to define testable user stories, acceptance criteria, with all stakeholders
Collaborate within the team, working in pairs with programmers and other team members
Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases
Create acceptance tests that will be automated as part of each sprint
Automate the testing in-sprint and during SIT using the right tool set – Licensed/Open source
Ensure continuous integration for testing code and implement continuous testing
Risk and Issue Management - Identify, mitigate and escalate testing risks and issues
Manage testing environments and logistics foreach test stage (SIT/UAT).
Monitor the readiness of test environments (including interfaces and data setup) for each test stage.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
Around 8 Years and above of relevant experience
UI test automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, HPQTP/UFT, Appium or similar API testing (using SoapUI, JUnit, Postman or similar)
Experience using a broad range of test automation frameworks (e.g. Protractor, Cucumber, JUnit or similar.
Expert knowledge of continuous Integration (CI)and Continuous Testing (CT) to streamline QA processes (Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Bamboo or similar

Provides Assistance to L1 Security Engineers for better initial triage or troubleshooting.
Leads and manages all initial client escalation for operational issues.
Contributes to the change management process by logging all change requests with complete details for standard and non-standard including patching and any other changes to Configuration Items.
Ensures all changes are carried out with proper change approvals.
Plans and executes approved maintenance activities.
Audits and analyses incident and request tickets for quality and recommends improvements with updates to knowledge articles.
Produces trend analysis reports for identifying tasks for automation, leading to a reduction in tickets and optimization of effort.
May also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.
May work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
