Job Summary
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the common indoor areas of an apartment to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize public indoor areas of the apartment to maintain hygiene and appearance
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to achieve effective cleaning results
- Follow a daily cleaning schedule to ensure all common areas are regularly maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to management
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled working hours
- Navigate public transport routes to commute reliably to the workplace
- Read and understand addresses to ensure timely arrival at the work location
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to speak Mandarin to facilitate communication in the workplace
Other Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break
- Salary: Starting at SGD 1,800 per month, plus transport allowance
- Job Location: Indoor cleaning of apartment common areas only, no outdoor tasks
