Job Scope:
Carry out minor building works, plumbing, and other related repair and maintenance tasks.
Perform regular maintenance and servicing of building systems.
Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Attend promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and clients.
Record job completion details, including time-stamped documentation after each task.
Assist with any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Willing to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
Willing to travel to different work sites as assigned.
Responsible and able to respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, and repair works preferred.
