Job Description:

• Provide concierge support for calls and walk-in enquiries (students, parents, public)
• Communicate school events and reminders via messaging platforms
• Manage generic email inbox and route messages promptly
• Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly
• Maintain and track inventory/articles for periodic verification
• Coordinate parent volunteers for school events and activities
• Perform general administrative duties (typing, filing, document preparation)
• Prepare and print attendance records for CCA instructors and contract staff
• Manage transport approvals and maintain proper filing system
• Coordinate ad hoc bus bookings and verify transport payments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing (e.g. bus booking forms)
• Record student injuries and provide basic first aid when required
• Assist in preparation and packing of learning materials
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• At least 5 years of administrative experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and visitors
• Able to recordincidents and provide basic first aid

Job Description:

• Perform general cleaning duties within schoolpremises
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and specialrooms
• Provide logistical support for school events andactivities
• Assist in moving and arranging furniture and equipment
• Open and close school premises as required
• Assist with traffic control during peak hours
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Able to read, speak and understand basic communication
• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Male must have already served NS service.
