Join as a Gen AI Software Engineer to maintain and develop production-ready Generative AI systems focused on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for banking applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing Generative AI systems to ensure high availability and reliability in production banking environments
• Design and develop new GenAI-powered applications with a focus on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) backends
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-centric GenAI features that meet real-world banking needs
• Optimize inference pipelines to improve performance and scalability of GenAI services
• Deploy and scale machine learning and large language model (LLM) systems using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native AI platforms

· Development and delivery experience with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle or MySQL and IBM MQ.

We are looking for a Quadient Specialist to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer communication management (CCM) processes using Quadient solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tools like Quadient Inspire to build efficient document workflows, create templates, and ensure seamless multichannel communication tailored to business needs.

As a Quadient Specialist, you will work on developing dynamic templates, designing communication workflows, and configuring solutions aligned with business rules and goals. This requires a balance of technical skills, process-oriented thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire tools (Designer, Content Manager, Interactive, and Scaler)
• Automate and optimize customer communication processes across multiple channels (print, email, SMS, and web)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into communication templates and workflows
• Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
