• Waktu bekerja: Isnin – Jumaat, 8.30am – 6pm
• OT (bila diperlukan): Hari biasa (6pm - 8pm), Sabtu (8.30am-6pm), Ahad (8.30am-6pm)

Deskripsi Kerja

• Melaksanakan kerja mengikut pelan pengeluaran dan menyelesaikan tugasan pengeluaran yang diberikan.

• Mengendalikan mesin dan memantau proses pengeluaran untuk memastikan kualiti produk memenuhi keperluan.

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap mesin, peralatan, alat kerja dan jig, serta memastikan semuanya selamat dan berada dalam keadaan baik.

• Mengekalkan kebersihan dan susun atur tempat kerja mengikut piawaian 5S serta mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan.

• Bersikap fleksibel dan mampu melaksanakan pelbagai tugas dalam proses pengeluaran apabila diperlukan.

• Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan dan mengurus tenaga kerja dengan berkesan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan pengeluaran.

• Melakukan penyelesaian masalah asas, pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan pencegahan peralatan apabila diperlukan.

• Menyokong dan mengambil bahagian dalam kawalan kualiti, penambahbaikan kualiti dan projek berkaitan pengeluaran.

• Mengambil langkah proaktif untuk mencegah kemalangan dan memastikan persekitaran kerja yang selamat di kawasan pengeluaran.

Kelayakan

• Calon mestilah memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM, SKM, Sijil Teknikal atau Diploma.

• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris asas.

• Graduan baharu atau calon yang mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan dalam persekitaran pembuatan adalah digalakkan untuk memohon.

• Memiliki lesen forklift yang sah adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.

• Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam gudang atau pengurusan inventori dialu-alukan untuk memohon.

• Bertanggungjawab, boleh dipercayai dan mampu bekerja dengan baik di bawah tekanan.

• Pengalaman dalam mengendalikan peralatan dan proses pembuatan adalah satu kelebihan tetapi tidak diwajibkan.

• Bersedia untuk bekerja mengikut syif, lebih masa, pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum apabila diperlukan, serta mempunyai disiplin dan kehadiran kerja yang baik.

Job Responsibilities:

• To involve in preparing installation, assembling, commissioning & troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Card Access System, intelligent alarm monitoring systems and etc.
• To involve in testing of in-house as well as 3rd party security products.
• To help customers to solve technical issues.
• To involve in servicing of security products.
• To report service & repair status to their respective supervisor.
• To assist in preparation & submission of various technical reports to their respective supervisor.
• To provide system or product training to the customers 

Requirement:

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Technical Knowledge in ELV Systems, ,ICT and computer is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently without much supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various types of material handling equipment specifically Forklift.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used in repairs.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Stay current with industry standards, safety protocols, and technical advancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of equipment.

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field SKM, etc.
• Proven experience as a forklift / service technician or mechanic in a similar industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and committed to work.
