We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site IT Technician to support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting ofour company’s proprietary software at client sites.

This role also involves working with basic AV (Audio-Visual)systems, making it ideal for candidates with a mix of IT support and onsitetechnical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support company software at client sites
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve user problems onsite
• Provide basic IT support (PC setup, system configuration)
• Assist with setup and troubleshooting of AV equipment (e.g. displays, audio systems)
• Support system testing, upgrades, and implementation
• Train end-users on system usage
• Liaise with internal support/development team for issue escalation

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, software installation, troubleshooting)
• Experience in software or technical support role preferred

Role Overview
