Job Requirement:
· Degree inElectrical & Instrumentation/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in relatedfield; or Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation/Mechanical/ChemicalEngineering with minimum 20years of experience in related field. Added advantage for experience inchemical company.
· Having a LEWis an added advantage. Minimally must have basic understanding of electricalsystems and/or electrical instruments.
· UnderstandRisk Assessment and FMEA
· Able to useauto-CAD is an added advantage
· Haveknowledge in Environment, Health and Safety issues. Knowledge in ISO14001 and 45001.
· Good spokenand written skills in English
· Minimallyable to use Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
Job Responsibilities
Primary tasks
· Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, IMTE /Calibration of the manufacturing equipment.
· Plan and coordinate routine & ad-hoc preventive maintenancework of the building and utility facilities
· Perform hands-on maintenance work and simpleelectrical works, where applicable
· Plan and coordinate new equipment and buildingfacility installation feasibility studies and planning work thereof
· Liaisewith and supervise contractors to arrange for maintenance / repair works.
· Prepare and check approval document preparation,equipment training instruction, and installation applications to governmentagencies, and other internal documents
· Inventory management of equipmentparts, quotation acquisition, price negotiation, and ordering
· Perform TechnicalDepartment task in carryingon Company’s EHS related activities
Job Conditions:
· Assigned to Technical Department which is responsible for company’s maintenanceactivities and EHS
· Work at office onworking days. Mondayto Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
· Work outside officehours when required.
· May be assigned to Production Department duringthe initial training period
· Permanent Position(Probation period: Minimum 6 months)
