Minimum - ITE (Electronic ) and skill is the most important qualification.

Responsibility

1. Maintain documentation of parts condition upon arrival, during repair as well as final testing prior to shipping out repaired parts.

1. Familiar and proficient with different soldering and desoldering technique (Through hole component, smd, bga).

3. Able to use oscilloscope to troubleshoot parts, power supply to provide power to board under repair, soldering, station, desoldering station, multimeter.

4. Advance skill that will be a plus point.

5.Knowledge of servo motor, encoder and servo amplifier (Sanyo)

6. Programming skill (C, python, basic, other language).

7. Arduino, Raspberry pi, or any other micro controller and sbc.

8. Understanding of reverse engineering technique as well as ability to reverse engineer a PCB, repairing without schematic availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily efficient management and coordination of plant operations activities, according to established work procedures.

· Carry out corrective maintenance timely accordingly to plan.

· Propose, plan and implement Quality preventive / improvement activities.

· Collaboration with cross function team to achieve organization target.

Ability/Competency Required:

· Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

· At least 1 year working experiences as maintenance engineering is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

· Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, with a flair for numbers

· Positive attitude in challenging work environment

· Problem solver

· Ability to perform multi-tasking

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with PowerPoint skills

· Team player and yet able to work independently and pro-actively

· Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (morning and night shifts required)
