Job Description:

1.          Executes routine and non-routine tests, troubleshooting, repair, and quality verification on Agilent instruments/parts with limited technical support in an ambiguous environment.

2.          Able to use tools and equipment to disassemble small parts and demonstrates high level of manual dexterity.

3.          Interprets complex test results requiring an in-depth technical background with limited documentation.

4.          Provides feedback on defects and/or quality of test to Lead engineer and communicates technical problems and resolutions at different levels of the organization.

5.          Documents diagnostic efforts, repair, and labor for tracking of cost and information.

6.          Reads, understands and rigorously follows Quality System processes, including interpreting test results, reading graphs, and validating instrument test results. Adheres to safety, cleanliness, and ESD requirements.

7.          Adjusts effectively to change and remains open to new ideas and job assignments.

Qualifications:

1.          Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or mechanical engineering

2.          Basic knowledge on Agilent LC products

3.          Excellent Communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

 To perform calibration of Test and Measurement (T&M) equipment.

 To provide quality support to customer technical enquiries.

 Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configuration at bench or

customer sites.

 To meet customer target in Quality and Turn-around time.

Job Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma in RF Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or

equivalent.

 At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Test & Measurement environment.

 Expected to know basic knowledge of electronic instruments.

 Familiarity with general purpose instruments like Mutimeters and scope.

 Basic knowledge of repair and troubleshooting skill and basic understanding of calibration.

 Good repair analysis skill and judgment call.

 A proactive and keen learner of new technology.

 Excellent customer service attitude, good team player and ability to work under stress.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to work independently, sharing skill set and quick to adapt to new technologies.

Itron is looking for a junior / entry‑level Facilities Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day on‑site support for facilities and workplace operations at its Singapore office.

This is a part‑time contract role, where the individual will work on‑site at Itron while being employed through a third‑party payroll partner.

This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Skills & Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in facilities support, office administration, or workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Office Support

• Assist with daily office and facilities operations to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and functional.
• Support meeting room setup, seating arrangements, and common area readiness.
• Act as a first point of contact for basic facilities-related queries and escalate issues when required.
• Help coordinate minor office moves, seating changes, and workspace adjustments.
• Support employees and visitors with general workplace needs.

Vendor & Service Coordination

• Assist in coordinating with building management and service providers such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, and courier services.
• Log and track service requests and follow up with vendors under guidance.
• Support basic record‑keeping related to vendor services and visits.
• Ensure vendors follow office guidelines while on‑site.

Health, Safety & Compliance Support

• Support implementation of basic workplace safety and security practices.
• Assist during facility inspections, audits, and safety checks.
• Help with emergency preparedness activities such as signage updates and drill coordination.
• Report safety issues or incidents to the relevant internal teams.

Administrative & Operational Assistance

• Support ordering and tracking of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
• Assist with internal office events, employee activities, and leadership visits.
• Help manage mail, courier services, and facilities-related documentation.
• Maintain simple trackers and records for facilities activities.
• Coordinate with HR and IT teams for onboarding and offboarding logistics.
