Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of biometric devices, door access systems, turnstiles, and CCTV
Carry out cabling, wiring, trunking, and drilling works (ladder required)
Configure biometric/fingerprint devices and basic network setups (routers)
Provide on-site support and user training at client locations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Ensure proper system functionality and customer satisfaction
Requirement
Possess Class 3 Driving License or own transport (motorbike preferred)
Minimum N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma
Basic knowledge of electrical cabling and installation works
At least 2 years of relevant experience in door access / CCTV / security systems preferred
Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable with physical work (drilling, cabling, working on ladders)
