And they are seeking an experienced Global Finance Director to lead its supply chain finance and procurement finance functions. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility and overview of financial governance, business partnering, operational finance, reporting, and performance management across a complex regional footprint.

The Role

Reporting to Global Finance VP, you will serve as a strategic finance business partner to the global leadership and operational leaders, and provide insight and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making. You will lead the global supply chain and procurement finance function within the group. You will also be involved in system integration or special projects with global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Your Profile

• Recognised accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience with relevant industry knowledge (manufacturing/pharma/semiconductor) to support complex regional operations.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or operating model enhancements.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across executive and operational levels.
• Resilient, hands-on, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Experience working across international and matrix organisations preferred.

Job Scope

As the Finance Director (APAC), you will lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting responsibilities, with a strong focus on business partnering and financial planning & analysis. Acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. You will oversee financial & management reporting, planning, analysis, compliance, internal controls, and audit, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Leveraging your technical accounting expertise, you will ensure alignment with internal policies across areas such as revenue recognition, inventory and fixed assets, as well as cross-border transactions and product movements.

In addition, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, delivering timely and accurate insights into business performance. You will evaluate key business drivers, identify opportunities to enhance performance, and highlight critical operational levers to support financial outcomes. You will also drive continuous improvement across finance operations, optimising structures, enhancing processes, and leveraging scale to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Position title : Head of Finance | Financial Controller 

Location: Admiralty street
Working Days:  5 Day A Week
Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary : $10k - $12k (depends experience)

Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance Leadership & Business Partnership

• Serve as the principal finance partner to the CEO and CFO, providing forward-looking insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality financial materials, analyses, and presentations, and participate in executive and management meetings as required.

Company Finance Operations & Oversight

• Lead the Company’s corporate finance functions, including corporate reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and working capital management.
• Drive strong financial discipline across the organization, including oversight of cost structures, margin and yield-related financial analysis, capital expenditure governance, and operational financial performance.
• Strengthen finance operating models, systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
• Drive the automation and digitalization of financial processes to improve productivity and reporting quality.

Financial Planning, Performance Management & Controls

• Lead robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across the Company.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to executive management.
• Act as the primary management interface with external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and enterprise-wide projects.

Requirements:

• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
• Senior finance leader with deep experience in corporate finance, financial control, and performance management within a semiconductor or manufacturing‑intensive environment.
• Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles such as Financial Controller or Finance Director with Company‑wide scope.
• Candidates with extensive exposure to manufacturing finance and operating models of similar complexity are strongly preferred.
• Strong technical grounding in Company reporting, Company FP&A, treasury and insurance, tax, and internal controls.
