• Identify and resolve production-related issues, working with teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences
• Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall fab performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fab operations
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and factory operation
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams

Jobscope:

• Setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
• Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment.
• Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design.
• Document engineering improvements for future reference.
• Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment.
• Process good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems.
• Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to travel overseas for field support when required.
