Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Ops to support our AI Assistants users. You will sit at the intersection of our Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, ensuring that our users are well-equipped with the skills needed to build bots and agents with our products. - Support new product rollouts across the region.- Assist sales teams during product demonstrations and technical presentations.- Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve technical issues and relay field feedback.

Field Operations
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.- Support maintenance, upgrades, and system calibration where required. - Collaborate with the office team on scheduling, documentation, logistics, and coordination of support activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years experience in technical support, field service engineering, or equipment installation.
- Experience with electrical systems, sensors, controllers, networking, or automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with irrigation systems, robotics, IoT sensors, or environmental monitoring systems.
- Exposure to golf course or sports turf operations is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with wireless communication technologies, automation, or remote monitoring platforms.
