Job Summary

The Production Engineer supports and optimizes daily electroplating operations to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires strong knowledge of plating processes, chemical bath control, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Parameter Control

• Perform daily checks on all process parameters (temperature, pH, current, bath levels, flow, pump condition).

• Strong knowledge on high speed digital circuits, FPGA, ADC & DAC, analog signal conditioning circuits, noise filter, signal integrity, and so on.

• Strong diagnostic skills and capable of resolving circuit failure on both bench and system level

• Basic knowledge on the PCBA process and quality control points

• Team player with good writing and verbal communication skills

• Able to travel up to 20% time during the NPI training and transferring.
