Job Responsibilities

• Perform production activities such as raw or intermediate material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, material charging, offloading, drum packing, milling operations, housekeeping as per SOP.
• Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.

• Minimum Diploma/NITEC in Engineering or related fields preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble single-use bioprocessing containers for sterile liquid-handling applications.

• Follow standard operating procedures and interpret technical drawings to ensure product quality.

• Comply with ISO 13485, ISO 22301, and cGMP standards.

• Accurately complete batch records in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Ensure all required training is completed before performing tasks.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Adhere to cleanroom and safety protocols at all times.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, QA, maintenance) to support operations.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent contamination or damage.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or related field.

• Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, or biopharmaceutical environment preferred.

• Basic knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and GDP is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment under strict protocols.

• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.
