Overview

As a Production Engineer, you are to assist the Production Manager in overseeing the production operation and work out schedules and plans, monitor progress, forecast demand of resources, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring smooth project delivery and optimization of production performance from conception to completion. • Setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
• Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment.
• Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design.
• Document engineering improvements for future reference.
• Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment.
• Process good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems.
• Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to travel overseas for field support when required.
