Working Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm (Mon to Fri), 8:30am–12:30pm (Sat)

Job Scope:

• Operate production machines safely according to work instructions
• Measure and handle bakery ingredients and raw materials
• Monitor production process and perform basic quality checks
• Pack finished products according to specifications
• Clean machines and work areas (hygiene compliance)
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisor
• Assist in inventory checks and material preparation
• Support packaging and labeling operations
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Measure and load raw materials according to specifications
• Operate and monitor packaging line (weighing, sealing, labeling)
• Perform basic quality and sensory checks
• Report quality or equipment issues to Supervisor
• Follow GMP and HACCP standards
• Maintain cleanliness and workplace safety

Requirements:

• Able to stand long hours
• Able to carry up to 20kg
