Responsibilities:

• Lead new product ideation and concept development through market research, customer insights, and industry trend analysis.
• Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) including sourcing contract manufacturers, working with formulators, and coordinating product development activities.
• Ensure regulatory and technical compliance by preparing technical documentation and supporting label, formula, and ingredient reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and external suppliers to drive product development and launch readiness.
• Support product launch activities by preparing technical materials, product costing, pricing analysis, and conducting product training.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and drive continuous improvements while managing supplier communications and quality-related actions.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry or relevant.
• Experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry will be added advantage.
