Key Responsibilities

Specializing in the payment banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, financial processes, and banking operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Requirement Gathering and Analysis.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to payment systems.

2. Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

· Work closely with development teams to design and implement File conversion requirements using the mapping specifications.

· Create mapping documents that show how each source field translates into the target format.

· Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring defects are resolved.

· Extensive expertise in cash management and payment systems across APAC, including TT, FAST, GIRO, and other digital payment solutions.

· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software.

· Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
