Role Summary:

Owns end-to-end delivery of HRTech implementation projects, managing governance, client relationships, financials, and team performance to ensure successful outcomes. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery Ownership: Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to formal closure. Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials, and quality standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client project sponsors and stakeholders. Lead executive project reviews and steer committee presentations.
• Risk & Escalation Governance: Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations throughout the project. Develop mitigation strategies and lead resolution of critical blockers.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Coach junior project members and support their professional development. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• PMO Governance: Adhere to RA PMO standards and contribute to methodology improvements. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and audit ready.

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
• Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
• To update daily sales in system and SOP compliances
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.
• Attend other work related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
• Make regular visits to clients’ to build rapport and to conduct presentations and/or premises inspections when necessary.
• Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy.
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in Sales

• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations
