Job Scope:

• Support the project manager and the clinical team on project related tasks:
• Assist the clinical team with updating and maintaining clinical systems that track study & site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Assist the clinical team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports.
• Assist with periodic review of study files for accuracy and completeness and to support with project related filing.
• Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical dataflow.
• Assist in handling theproject-related administrative matters, such as preparation for regulatorysubmissions, safety report handling, and other logistic issues.
• Assist with Project finance related activities including project expenses invoice preparation and tracking as well as site payment invoice review ,preparation and tracking.
• Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation including communication with sponsor and vendors as delegated.
• Support any otherproject related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Science or any relevant field
• Some experience in clinical trial/ projects will be an advantage

We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to support basic outreach and social media tasks. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people and has an interest in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

• Assist in researching potential partners
• Support outreach efforts (e.g. simple follow-ups / introductions)
• Maintain a list of contacts and updates

Social Media

• Assist in managing social media accounts
• Support simple content posting and scheduling
• Help monitor engagement and responses

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
• Comfortable speaking to people and doing simple outreach
• Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Willing to learn and take initiative

Temp Details

• 6-month temporary role
• Opportunity to extend or convert based on performance

• Sales Performance reporting - Weekly HNW sales reporting across all channels
• DE2 tracking and reporting, including quarterly PDC reporting (by notation)
• Review and Validate DE2 requests raised by BDMs before further approvals, ensuring supporting documentation is sighted and collated for all requests
• Cost Centre expense tracking, monitoring (actual vs budget) and monthly reporting
• Support and review EAFs preparation
• Collate SOPs for the new HNW department, and support the development of new SOPs, custodian for HNW dept SOPs
• Manage 2027 budgeting cycle (usually starts in August)
• Expense management
• Trend analysis, data interpretation, story boardingand commentaries for management review
• Review all SOP and develop controls report
• Annual audit
