Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

To be the company representative and liaise with the Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the Project effectively.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Coordinate project works and manage the daily site operations.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural / Building / Construction Management or any other discipline related to building construction.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written).

The Engineering Project and Solutions Division (EPSD) in Air Liquide is responsible for rendering expertise to design, install and manage gas supply systems, storage infrastructure and gas handling equipment to enhance productivity, product quality and safety in our clients’ operations.

In your role as Project Engineer within the EPSD team, you will lead project teams to achieve mechanical completion and commissioning, ensuring adherence to schedules, technical specifications, and budgetary constraints. Your responsibilities include participating in pre-tender activities to identify, negotiate with, and secure suitable contractors and essential equipment. By leveraging your technical proficiency, you will optimize resource allocation and recommend cost-effective installation strategies to improve project margins. • Supporting the on-site testing and commissioning of Gas Distribution Equipment.
• Managing and producing essential equipment documentation, including Field Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Commissioning reports.

• Providing comprehensive after-sales service, including basic and advanced troubleshooting and on-site service calls.
