Morning Shift - Mon to Fri: 09:00am – 5:30pm, Alt Sat: 09:00am – 1:00pm
Night Shift – Mon to Fri: 5pm – 1:30am, Alt Sat/Sun: 5pm – 9pm

Salary: $2800 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and plan space for loading shipment to maximize efficiency.
• Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated.
• Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customer/ carriers
• Ensuring that all shipments are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.
• Producing progress reports and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.              
• Handling RFQ, tender
• Coordinate with sales on sales enquiries and assist them to give them the best solutions.
• Able to know all the buying/ selling rates from customers and airlines.
• Able to plan all bump shipment for consolidation.
• Perform bookings with various carriers
• Coordinate with customer service/warehouse team to ensure timely schedule shipment for uplift.

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Project Executive (Sourcing & Procurement) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Job Description:

• Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
• Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
• Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
• Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Source & handle local orders and also orders that we do not have local office
• Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status
• Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
• Perform any ad hoc related task.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in Administrative Sales Support background
• Team Player and Detailed Oriented
• Able to liaise with counterparts from China
• Able to prioritize and organize task
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel
• Diploma and above
