About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&E Project Engineer cum BIM Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works, preparing BIM models and technical drawings, and supporting project delivery in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate M&E works on construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedules.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, BIM/Revit models, as-built drawings, and construction drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination matters.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical submissions, reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement requirements for M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed M&E systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of project delivery.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in M&E engineering, BIM drafting, construction, or related fields is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM software will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements is preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Remuneration
