Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the delivery of Workplace Technology Solutions across client environments. This role involves on-site project execution, technical coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of integrated workplace systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery for Workplace Technology Solutions, including AV, IT infrastructure, unified communications, and smart workplace systems
• Work on-site at client locations to oversee installations, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide implementation and ensure alignment with design specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct site surveys, assessments, and documentation of technical requirements
• Ensure all installations comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
• Perform system testing, integration, and user acceptance support (UAT)
• Provide technical support during and post-deployment
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings and reports

• Proven experience in Workplace Technology Solutions (AV systems) is a must
• Must have experience working on-site at client locations in a project delivery capacity
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, AV systems, and integrated technologies

• Experience with systems such as video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), access control, or IoT workplace solutions
• Knowledge of project management methodologies

1. Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard third-party agents, such as used car dealers and collateral loan agencies, to act as consistent referral channels.
2. Territory Mapping: Conduct physical and digital market surveys to identify high-potential SME clusters and residential areas for collateralized lending.
3. Lead Management: Convert incoming inquiries and cold leads into qualified loan applications through proactive follow-ups and CRM tracking.
4. Initial Pre-Screening: Perform preliminary checks on collateral quality and applicant creditworthiness to ensure high approval rates from the credit team.
5. Pipeline Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure rapid loan disbursement within agreed service levels.
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor the interest rates and Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios of rival multifinance firms to maintain a competitive product edge.
7. Micro-Marketing Activation: Organize and execute grassroots promotional events, such as booth setups in traditional markets or community hubs, to capture direct leads.
8. Account Retention: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing borrowers to facilitate loan top-ups and renewals once they reach eligible payment milestones.
    

• ​​​​​​Lead Distribution: Sort and assign daily incoming leads from digital channels (WhatsApp, Social Media, Website) to the appropriate BD Associates for immediate follow-up.
• Partner Database Maintenance: Keep an organized and up-to-date registry of all active agents (Ajen), ensuring their contact information and bank details for commission payments are accurate
• Incentive Calculation Support: Prepare the monthly activity data required to calculate commissions and bonuses for agents, ensuring all "booked" deals are accounted for.
• Meeting & Event Coordination: Handle the logistics for agent gathering events, dealer training sessions, or "micro-marketing" booths in traditional markets or malls.
• Pipeline Progress Reporting: Compile daily "funnel reports" that track the volume of applications at each stage (e.g., survey, committee, disbursement) to keep the team updated.
• Digital Inquiry Handling: Manage initial front-line customer interactions via the company's official WhatsApp Business or social media accounts to answer basic product FAQs.
• Competitor Pricing Monitoring: Conduct weekly "mystery shopping" or desktop research to gather current interest rates and promo info from other multifinance competitors.
