• Scope, budget, and deliver small-scale upgrades
• Produce method statements, risk assessments, test scripts, and handover packs
• Serve as primary contact for clients, engineers, consultants, Stratus/Kepware/Schneider support, and telecom providers
• Chair weekly maintenance coordination meetings and issue minutes, progress trackers, and service reports
• Analyse failure trends, recommend spares optimisation and lifecycle refresh plans
• Propose automation of health checks, log analytics, and remote diagnostics to reduce meantime-to-repair

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation or related engineering fields
• Min 3 years of experience in SCADA/PLC/RTU maintenance or automation project delivery, preferably in water or critical infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Wonderware/ Aveva System Platform, Kepware OPC, DNP3, Modbus, Stratus ft Server, Cisco/ Hirschmann managed switches, and Windows Server administration
• Familiar with CCOP2 cybersecurity guidelines, ISO 27001 controls, and basic networking
